Executive Trainee (Technical) i.e. for Engineers will consist of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering - 2012 (GATE-2012) Score of the candidates in the concerned departments and the performance in the interview.

For Executive Trainee (Non-Technical)

Executive Trainee (Non-Technical) i.e for Finance / Law / HR (including Town Administration & Vigilance) will be on the basis of Written exam on All India. This written exam question paper will include of 150 questions of  two segments namely Aptitude Test - 50 questions in Reasoning, Mathematics & English and the 2nd segment is Professional Test  - 100 questions  in the respective professional field.
